Philipp Jundt - Flute


Philipp Jundt was born in Basle in 1976. He began playing the recorder at the age of eight, took up the flute at 12, and not longafter won first prizes at the Swiss Youth Music Competition. Beside his studies in Basle, he also took part in many master courses, e.g. with Aurčle Nicolet, William Bennett and Robert Aitken. He is a  present furthering his studies at the Munich Conservatory, in the class of Andrŕs Adorjan.
Philipp Jundt has played concerti with many ensembles and orchestras in Switzerland, Germany, Eastern Europe and Canada. In Munich he is in demand as a chamber musician, while as the flautist in the ‘Munich Amalien Quintet’ he performs both in concert and on TV.
