Mutter Charles - Leader

Biography of Mutter Charles:

Prior to his appointment as Associate Leader of the BBC Concert Orchestra in 2007, Charles Mutter led the Edinburgh Quartet for four years and was a member of the Smith Quartet for ten. His work with both groups attracted numerous awards and much critical acclaim. Since 2007, he has made numerous appearances as a soloist with the BBC Concert Orchestra and other orchestras, and is also much in demand as a guest leader, notably with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
